The hotel definitely has some charm with nice pictures and competitive prices, but my experience was mixed. I felt a bit scattered during my stay due to the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The location right by the beach was beautiful, but the service left something to be desired. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s the best value for money.

We had a wonderful getaway at Jaco Laguna, situated right on the beach away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The entire hotel was clean and cozy, making our stay quite pleasant. The staff really went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, and we found ourselves wishing for a bit more variety. The pool area was lovely but could use more seating. Overall, it was a fantastic and affordable stay.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel located on the quieter south end of Jaco Beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for my family, but I did miss having a fridge. The service was truly outstanding, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. Although the dining experience was sometimes inconsistent, we enjoyed the food overall, especially at the Tiki bar. The laundry service left something to be desired, returning our clothes not fully dry and a bit expensive, but the overall experience was delightful with some amazing beach activities nearby.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While Christian at the front desk was a standout and the pool area was decent, the overall vibe was off. We had issues with cockroaches in our room, and the beach was littered with trash. It felt like the staff didn’t want to be there, and we had a frustrating experience when requesting breakfast. Unfortunately, I ended up canceling my return trip due to these issues.
